Monitoring traffic through a router

Hello,

How can I monitor only the Web Traffic (remote tcp 80/443) passing through a cisco 1841 router?
I've What'sUp Gold ver 8. Can i see that traffic with the graph ?
I just only want to monitor the web traffic & interface speed in that router
