Need A Realtime Network Monitor

Zones: Network Analysis Software, Miscellaneous Networking, Network Auditing Software
Tags: Network Traffic Monitor (Realtime)
I need a realtime network monitor - I don't want to do a 20 minute capture then go back and sort through the logs.  I want something that will show me realtime, HOSTNAME is down/uploading 90KB/s, etc...
