Network : How to use "Tracert" and how to interpret the output of "route print"?

Hi,

Could anyone explain to me or provide some information/links that can provide me with the use of command "Tracert" & "Route print".  Please also provide me with the explanations on how to interpret the output of these 2 commands.  Thanks a lot.
