External Network Monitoring (Replacement for DynDNS.com Network Monitoring)

All,
I currently use the Network Monitoring service from DynDNS.com which is being ceased and all customers transitioned to atwatch.com however I am not feeling very comfortable with the services from atwatch but I am struggling to find an alternative provider within the same price bracket. Can anyone offer any assistance?
I need a service that can ping a public IP and check the status of the following services for a response:
HTTP:80
HTTPS:443
HTTP:9326 (or 2nd IP)
HTTPS:9443 (or 2nd IP)
HTTP:6245 (or 3rd IP)
HTTPS:6443 (or 3rd IP)
SMTP:25
IMAP:143

If you can host the monitoring site/server yourself, I would recommend looking at Nagios (www.nagios.org).

Nagios has a number of 'plugins' (http://www.nagios.org/download/plugins/) that can be tuned to monitor ports you want to, send out e-mail alerts and even has a front-end environment that is web accessible via Apache.

I've just set up an account on mon.itor.us - however I'd like SMS alerting, but the PC I'm on is showing the page as having a Java error & when I click order nothing happens - any ideas?
