how to restrart zentrap zenoss Daemon

i am having this line of error when i started zenoss service with the following command as a zenoss user from /usr/local/zenoss/bin directory
**********************************************************************
ZenSocket Error: Unable to bind to listen port (error code 98)
Daemon: zentrap not running
**********************************************************************

zenoss web interface is being opend through 172.16.10.99:8080 butt
i am not able to access Fedora Test Page through web browser by 172.16.10.99 and having an Error web Page like this

Bad Request Error
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.0 (Fedora) Server at 172.16.10.99 Port 80
*********************************************

and when i tried to access http://localhost/ then index.html self-created simple web-page from /var/www/html/index.html is being opened....
and when i tried http://127.0.0.1/ then i got an error page of "Bad Request".

Please Guide me what is going on and how to solve this issue....
I want  to deploy web site using port 80....Start Free Trial
