Cannot Acces LAN

I've a laptop (Compaq). I've 4 more PCs. All with Windows XP pro. All are conncted via D-Link Switch. I've a router connected to Switch as well to share Internet. I can browse net from all the systems including my Laptop. But I have this peculier problem with my laptop. I cannot even see any computers in my workgroup. I've Named my workgroup as MSHOME.  

Until recently I was able to access systems and printers from my laptop but now suddenly I cannot ping or access any systems. I've tried running network connections wizard everything. But at vein. I've checked Firewall also. There is nothing that blocking shared folders. This Laptop is also not visible on other computers. Totally it became alien in the network. (Apart from the fact that I can only browse net).

Is there any Virus issue? Please help me.
