Mapped network drive frequently changes to different folder

Hello,

I use the "Connect [drive] to [sharedfolder]" option on the "Profile" tab of a user's properties in Active Directory to map the H: drive for all of my users in my domain to the following shared folder: \\servername\home\username .  As such, the folder named 'home' contains hundreds of sub-folders named accordingly for each user in my domain.

The problem is this mapped drive frequently yet seemingly randomly maps itself to \\servername\home, showing the user the entire folder of username folders. This isn't a security issue because each user can only get into his or her own folder, however, some users store their e-mail archive .pst files there and when the share re-maps itself, they can no longer access their archive files in Outlook because it's looking for the wrong location via the mapped drive.

Can anyone tell me what's causing this and how to resolve it?
