Prinitng between networks

I have a customer that is subletting space to a new company. They each have their own T1 internet access and will not shre it. THe question is how can I share the central printer for both companies.

They want to have seperate networks but want to share the printer.

There is a Fortinet firewall at the office and was wondering if a VLAN would work.
