How do I redirect routing from a dynamically received address to a router that only accepts one particular address and port for accessing remote desktop?

I have 3 geographical locations with 3 routers:

1. Main office with a router that has a static public IP address and that only accepts one particular IP and redirects its 3389 port to a PC in LAN;
2. Service office whose router's static public IP address is the one that the Main office router accepts on port 3389;
3. My home. I have a router that receicves a dynamic IP from my ISP.

Could you suggest a way I can get access to the Main office's PC in the LAN on port 3389 so I can administer it remotely? Could there be a software service that I can install and put on a PC behind the router in the Service office?Start Free Trial
