Underground cables are most typically single mode. Single mode will keep you from having to use mode conditioning cables or having any problems at all over that distance with 10G.
I would contact a local cabling contractor who specializes in this work and get them to give you a proposal to have it professionally installed. Brands, etc don't matter as long as they meet the requirements and any good installer will provide test results on every strand.
If you think you need 2 pairs today, go ahead and have them run 6 pairs. It would cost a lot more to run more later than to go ahead and run it the first time.

Dear Friend you can use the following the fiber optic cable which can support 1/10 giga speed at the distance of 400 meters or more. Currently in our setpup we are usingt he similar cbale with Cisco 3750 E switches.
