Cisco Catalyst Switch and fibre setup

Hi All,

I have an enquiry for anyone who is willing to help me with a site that im upgrading?
I plan on installing x2 cisco 3750-E switches (which will be stacked) and x3 Cisco 3560-E switches that will be all connected to each other (they will all be in different buildings, catering for various amounts of Workstations).  I have included a quick PDF on what the network will basically look like!  I want to run fibre as the "backbone" of the site and was wondering what sort to purchase (i have done some research on fibre cables and it seems that multi-mode suits my needs - the max distance between any switch will be approx 400m).  On to my next question - I know that the switches i have in mind support up 10Gb SFP modules.... but will these modules support traffic/data over the distance specified? (if they do can someone please specify a model)  I just want to future proof the setup, as the workstaions on the network will be doing heavy database work. Would anyone have any idea on what specific module that i would need to carry this out?  Is there a specific fibre brand that comes highly recommended? Will i need any mode conditioning patch cords? (apparently a website recommends this for cables longer than 300m)....I plan on running the fibre underground by the way!!!
Any help will be greatly appreciated feel free to add comments on how i can future proof this setup (in terms of switch/fibre layout).

Dear Friend you can use the following the fiber optic cable which can support 1/10 giga speed at the distance of 400 meters or more. Currently in our setpup we are usingt he similar cbale with Cisco 3750 E switches.

Underground cables are most typically single mode. Single mode will keep you from having to use mode conditioning cables or having any problems at all over that distance with 10G.
I would contact a local cabling contractor who specializes in this work and get them to give you a proposal to have it professionally installed. Brands, etc don't matter as long as they meet the requirements and any good installer will provide test results on every strand.
If you think you need 2 pairs today, go ahead and have them run  6 pairs. It would cost a lot more to run more later than to go ahead and run it the first time.
