  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. How do I use 8 public static  IP address to configure to the internet

Hi,
I have been allocated 16 Static IP address from my ISP.. xxx.75.12.80 to xxx.75.12.95. I have configured a netgear ADSL2+ ETHERNET MODEM with a static IP xxx.75.12.81with the user name and password it connects to internet. my problem is how do i configure the 8 workstations i have to the other static ip address. to connect to internet i have used the remaing IP address (for e.g the 1st workstation configured as xxx.75.12.82 subnet as 255.255.255.240 and the gateway as xxx.75.12.81 router IP address) the lan IP address i have changed from 192.168.0.1 to xxx.75.12.80) internet works fine but i cannot ping or reach that workstation.. can you please let me how to work around this..
