add gateway for vpn using route command

Hi,
our exchange server 2003 are configure on lease line, and due to some reason we not able to configure the vpn in our Cisco 1841 router,  so I configure the windows 2003 vpn server  and I want to add this vpn server ip as 2nd gateway in exchange server 2003 using route command
kindly suggest which route command i need use on exchange server  and is it also work ?
