Data Center Run Book Templates?

Does anyone use Runbooks (a Binder for each Server that holds pertinent Information such as Hardware, OS and Functionality) and would like to share that Template with me? Any other suggestions how other Network Admins keep Binders or Documentation about all their Servers?

Part 2 of my question is -What software would you recommend for Server Disk Utilization monthly reports? (i.e Free space comparisons from month to month-what is occupying the Drive etc)Start Free Trial
