Question

TCP Out-of-order frames running Wireshark network monitor

When running a monitor of my network using Wireshark, between every other and every 3rd frame shows up as "TCP Out-of-order".  What effects (if any) will this be having on the network performance?  What can I do to trace the cause / eliminate the messages?
