Have setup up monitor session on 2960G switch to send info to Websense 7.1 to control web traffic. Web traffice is not passed to websense server.

Well, first doing port mirroring to Websense will not allow you to control traffic, it will only allow you to see the traffic that is flowing to/from your firewall.
The commands for setting up the SPAN session is correct. All traffic that flows in or out of port Gi0/19 should be copied to port Gi0/11.
Although it is not supposed to be a requirements, I have had instances where the two ports needed to be in the same VLAN. Are they?
Your settings are correct.
Please check following steps:
1. Open "Control Panel"->"Network connections" of windows system. Check the status of the adapter, if mirror is setup properly, received packets should be much large than sent packets.
If not, you need to check the cable connection of the mirroring port to make sure it is connected to port #11.
2. Shutdown all anti-virus and firewall programs in the monitoring computer to make a try. Because some anti-virus/firewall will drop non-local packets.

The way we set it up was, server 2 nics, 1 attached local lan and 1 to internet
local lan nic listens to internal trafic (span port)
I want thank all of you for the help and information. Turms out the configuration on the Cisco 2960 was right. Office Scan 10 firewall was keeping the traffic from getting to Websense server and a policy option in Websense Web Filter 7.1 was not properly set. After taking care of these two issues the filter works properly.

Your monitor session looks good. What I would do is download wireshark and set it up on a laptop. Then plug that laptop into port gig0/11 and start a capture on wireshark. The purpose is to see whether or not the problem is with the switch or with the websense server.
