Delay when doing save in, in applications

Dear Friends
  I have 4 computers and and a laptop hooked on a gigabit 3 com  network switch with category 6 cables
All hardware tested well. Every computer has an IP in the workgroup.

  When I want to save any documents in any application I do save as ,the dialogh box opens ,when I click in the save in drop down there is a delay .This is happening ,in the main computer and the laptop.
When I desable the network problem is resolved .Start Free Trial
