SQL server problem with databse

We have a domain controller that is Windows Server 2003 SBS edition. This is also are wins server and are DHCP server. We have a sql server runnign on window server 2003 standard edition that is our practice management software on a sql database. Here is the problem I am having sometimes a connection to the databse says sql connection refused. When I click on local are connection on that workstation that say that and say repair the connection to the database works after that but I have no problem browsing the rest of the network and the interent.  Any suggetionsStart Free Trial
