You must change the IP address of the workstation you are using to be in the same subnet as you 192.168.0.x device.
When you are done configuring the device, change your IP back.
If you need constant access to this device, and must maintain it's subnet, you must configure the routing on your switch. If your switch does not route, then you are stuck with changing your IP address.

I'm assuming that you are also using the DC as your DNS server. Open the DNS management and expand to "%servername%->Forward Lookup Zones->%internal domain%". Then click on the Action menu and create a "New Host A" record.
