Network Monitoring and Management product suite

Hi Guys

I am searching for scalable and robust, network monitoring and management suite. a product that give me visibility of my router interface status spread across three countries. The utilisation of my Internet & MPLS links across various branch offices. If it incorporates network change and configuration management too, it would be an icing on the cake on the single dashboard.

Does anything in Microsoft Suite allow me to do this?

Solarwinds Orion is a very nice suite that we use.

Those are for Linux only.

Because he's ask ing about Microsoft, I assume he's looking for a Windows solutions.

The (ideal) aim is to choose a single ( if possible) solution, for both monitoring my network as well as application/servers rather than disparate systems. It would be great if I can incorporate monitoring of my few UNIX systems too, upon which runs my ERP.
