Windows 2000 server drops RD connections when running an application

My windows 2000 server drops al RD users or denies connection to, when a certain application is run from the server, this only happens once or twice a month when this FAS application runs- then I have to reboot the server to allow RD.

So this is a terminal server then?  Is the application supported on terminal server?  Are there any errors in the event logs on the server?  Any information about the actual application, such as its name and version?

yes it is .  this is the error message that I see:

How often do they print out of this?  Windows Server 2000 terminal services is extremely temperamental when it comes to printer drivers.  This has been a symptom I've seen before.
