They're set to use the same ip as the default gateway - 192.168.20.4 (which is also the sbs server), then the server's DNS settings are set to normal internet DNS's

I have a small test network with win2k3 sbs as the domain controller and a few workstations running xp. From the server, I am able to navigate to http://upload.dsgi.com, but I am not able to get there from any other machine on this network, which is causing problems because I need to be able to upload files to that site on a daily basis.
For troubleshooting purposes the specific workstation I'm trying from is not running any form of personal firewall, I even removed the windows firewall via group policy to see if that was the problem. I've tried versions of MSIE, Chrome and Firefox with no luck, including playing with every security option I could find in each browser. From the workstation I am not able to ping or tracert to upload.dsgi.com either.
The server itself does not have any fancy firewall other than what comes with sbs 2003. There is no hardware firewall on this test network.
The workstations are using the server as the default gateway.
It doesn't make any sense to me that the server can get to upload.dsgi.com but the workstations can't. What else should I try? :)
