Looking for some software that can create and track purchase orders

Zones: Miscellaneous Software, Miscellaneous, Network Management

We currently are moving to some new software for our ticket tracking, but the new software does not do Purchase tracking. Anyone have some ideas of some free or cheap software that can track purchases?
