The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. I have Cisco 2610 with a 4T1-IMA Network Module. I have the FastEthernet 0/0 configured to connect to the outside. I am trying to configure the ATM 1/0 to provide connectivity to a portion of my network and I can't seem to get it. This is my current configuration:
