The user is within the Office OU, the application is in the Application OU within the Office OU. The NLS object is within the same Application OU.
One thing I have noticed is when I ran a Generate License Report - I noticed some metered licenses within the Application OU were at 100% usage. When I check the License Container object, it said a certificate was in use, but the Units in Use page was empty. When I checked the License Certificate it contained, it claimed NO licenses were in use. It's almost like the License Container cannot communicate with the License Certificate...
The NLS_LSP_Server is configured to Search to the root of the local partition - if there are any other search limit parameters - I'd love to know about them.
