First, Novell is a company, and they sell more than one server OS, with many versions. Is it a NetWare server or a Linux server or an OES/NetWare server or an OES/Linux server? What version/SP?
You didn't say "... the main part is running on the Microsoft server."
That said, assuming "Agent ZACA3" is running on NetWare: What version of NetWare? What version of Powerchute? Is the NetWare server on its own UPS? Is it a Smart-UPS? How big is the UPS?
Generally, "insufficient runtime" means that you've set a runtime threshold for a particular server, and PowerChute has calculated that with the current load on the UPS, that runtime cannot be met. It would be something you'd set on the "main part."
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to determine whether it's an improperly set runtime threshold, the UPS is inadequately sized for the server, or there's a problem with the UPS like its battery isn't holding a charge and needs replacing (which actually should be a different message.)
