Netware 6.5
The basic issue is that the Novell VOL1 cannot be mapped to a workstation XP/Pro

This workstation was used by a former employee, Joe. Allen has replaced him.
We use a login script that maps the \\bakery\vol1 to the G: drive , as well as other mappings.
It appears that Allen does log onto the Novell netware, as indicated by the above:
Your current context is FREEDS
Your current tree is: FREEDS
You are attached to server BAKERY.
However, when I look a the active connections, Allen is listed twice, but with astericks by the connection. Right clicking on the red N, shows he has connections to the Tree (Freeds) and the server (Bakery).
When we try to force a map by using the windows Tools: map a network drive function, we get the error message that The network path \\bakery\vol1 cannot be found.
We can, however, log on as Joe or Dave or another user name. and the drives will map with no problem.
Or when using the tool/map function, we use the login as a different user and then log in as Joe and everything works fine.
Ive counted the number of connections on the server. There are 21
This occurs sporadically with another new user. but always happens with Allen, on any workstation.
