Netware MS-DOS client in VMware

Hi

Ivé installed MS-DOS 6.2 on vmware desktop. I need to add netware client to access an old Netware 3.12 server. I cant find any NIC driver that will work with the old client installation (inst_dos.exe). I´ve tried some AMD drivers (PCNTNW work for the server). I need help
