MIgrating netware 6.0 to windows 2003

Greetings,

I am Going to upgrade a Netware 6.0 server to a new Windows 2003 server. the 6.0 server is currently running groupwise, NDPS, Gwava4,DHCP,DNS and it is our main file server.
What I want to do is to Split the file system and GroupWise into two separate systems.
And I want to Pull all 5 of our post offices back to the corprate office onto a dedicated GW server running Windows Server 2003. and remove the individual POA and use one large database to manage 300+ users.
Give me all the info you have on this Idea..
I need to know where I should start ?
