Netware 4.11 change BNC network to CAT5 network

Tags: Novell, Netware, 4.11, On DOS BOX
Hi, there's a DOS box Netware 4.11 server, running some applications and file sharing. It's running on old NE2000 compatible network card, which use BNC network cable.
Abount 10 client connected to this server by boot from floppy bootdisk.

We found that the cables making alot of problem recently, so we decided to upgrade to newer 10/100mbps ethernet, which uses CAT5 cables.

So my question is,
1) The server have an onboard 10/100mbps, what should I do to change/add the connection to this port?
2) If the client have a network bootable network card, how to make it boot to server?
3) If the client DON'T have a bootable network card, is it possible to boot to server? How?
4) If the client using Windows box, can the application run on Windows? I think it's pure 16bits program e.g. Windows 98 & XP
5) If the client using Windows box, and Netware using TCP/IP, will it crash with Windows's default TCP/IP settings?
6) If using 10/100mbps and with STAR topology design, would this causes any problem?

Thanks
