NDPS Printing Delay - 5 mins

Hi Experts

We have set up a print queue services by an NDPS printer.
It seems that print jobs send to it are taking literally 5 minutes to start printing (around 300 seconds). Is there a delay built into the queue's somehow? Or are there settings I've missed?

The printer is a KONICA MINOLTA C353.
