Error Opening Attachment in GroupWise

I am receiving an error when trying to open an attatchment in GroupWise. It says Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\./<file name> Makes sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.  We are runing Vista Ultimate of Office 07.Start Free Trial
