It's hard to tell from the pictures if you are trying to use IP or IPX.
When using IPX (Netware 4.x server or earlier), make sure you don't enter a internal IPX number, and make sure you have selected the right frametype.
When using IP, open a dosbox on the workstation, and do a SLPINFO /D to see if any SLP directory agents are found. Check other workstations if they have SLP info. Check the server to see if SLPDA is loaded.

Put in your login name and password then, try entering the ip address of the server, then select the Tree and Context. There is a problem when running the client from a machine using NAT with it finding the DNS name of the server. If this is the same problem, it should be able to find the server (thus the tree and context also) with the ip address in the server field.
If you are not using NAT on the machine, then this may not be the problem/solution.
Good luck.
