We have tried this and it works when we do it from a command promt, but when we add it to the login script, it does not work. There are no errors and it does not map the drive. Any ideas?

Sure. Put this in the loging script:
#net use <drive letter>: \\servername\sharename
If the user name and password to the windows server are the same as for NetWare, the mapping should happen automagically. If not, you'll need to pass the password along on the NET USE command line.
