Is there a way to remove the Workstation Only checkbox in Novell through Group Policy?

I need to disable the Workstation Only checkbox on all workstations, is there a way, through Group Policy, to achieve this?

Here's the reg key:

Workstation Only
     Registry Key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Novell\Login
     Registry Value: [dword] Workstation Only
     Default Value: 1
     Range: 0, 1 (0=OFF, 1=ON)

Not a native setting with group policy but you could force that through an ADM file via group policy
