Where do I fix  421 4.4.2 Timeout while waiting for command

I am getting a "Response: 421 4.4.2 Timeout while waiting for command" when sending email to a specific domain.  Do not have issues with other email domains.
The error comes back rather quickly. I have tried posting this on Novell's website, without much help.
Am running Groupwise 7.02 on a Netware, 6.5 OES system.  Only one CISCO ASA5505 firewall sits between us and the internet.
Is this a issue with our firewall, message size allowable on firewall, or with recipients domain?  Not sure what to verfiy at this point.Start Free Trial
