How to bond ,team two NIC's into one using Windows Vista?

Hello guys.I've got two internet connections connected on my computer one via Ethernet port another one via wireless.What i'm trying to achieve is bond both internet connections to multiply the speed.I heard it's possible on linux but i need to be done on my windows vista.Is there any particular drivers i need to get for my NIC's?
