We are having 7 server of which one is exchange server i have installed spiceworks on this server. Now we have norton antivirus corporate edition where all the scanning is done. Some how when we are trying to access this file it is taking ages to load and cant get it working. This is because norton thinks that this is the security threat and cant give access to it.
Is there any ways to exclude this file from norton anitivrus scanning as security risk.
Thanks
Arpit

This is for version 7.5 or newer.
Open the corporate edition product.
Click Configure > File System Realtime Protection.
Check "Exclude selected files and folders" in the right pane.
Click Exclusions, located to the right of "Exclude selected files and folders . . ."
Check "Check file for exclusion before scanning."
Click Files/Folders.
Check the files/folders you want to exclude.
