Not able to access particular website from our network

Hi we have been downloading pdf files from a public website http://foundationcenter.org/.

Recently we have not been able to access any of these files from our company network though they are accessible from external networks. The company believes that they have not blocked since its a public website. Any idea what could have gone wrong or where to start looking? We checked our firewall settings and it seems to be ok.
