Slow network connection

Tags: Dell, power connect switch, OS - XP Sp2 on IBM PC Intel PRO VE 100 not working and DELL PC working fine is Optiplex 755 Using Intel 82566 DN-2 Gigabit network

Since installed Dell power connect switches slow connections on IBM PC,
IBM PC is using Intel PRO VE 100
DELL PC's are working fine they have gigabit card.

Tried diffrent settings on the switch still same issue. eg change mode to auto
Tried settings on network as well still no luck. eg auto and other mode.

Dell Gigabit network card optiplex 755 is working fine only problem with IBM PC,
connect IBM PC directly to the switch still no fixed.
