There are some third party SMTP server that you can subscribe.
Client of mine uses this before and it works well wherever he go - providing he has internet access of course. All you need to do is to register and get the free trail, follow the instruction to enter details in Outlook (SMTP server and user details).

The only downside I guess is that you subscribe to a "service plan" that works on number of email being sent per day. So if your user is only a light user thats not a problem. Otherwise you may have to subscribe to a "higher" plan.

Hello _Hector,
What email service is your client using? If user is using email service SMTP server to send, the connecting Internet Service Provider may be blocking all SMTP servers except its own.
While traveling, it best to use webmail to send mail.
Hope this helps!
