How to setup an additional POP3 e-mail, with SBS 2003

Hi,

I have a user who i need to give a pop 3 e-mail.
We currently have all our e-mail on exchange.
All local users are fine.
I do not want the user to have any VPN connections, simply to be able to send and recieve using outlook 2003.

Please advise whether this is possible?
