Exchange Logon Prompts

Asked by bntech in Exchange Email Server, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Post Office Protocol 3 (POP3)

We have both internal and external users. Everytime they launch Outlook it asks for a logon prompt... Over and Over again.
Even after they previously entered in the usersname \\ password.

What is causing this issue and how to fix?
