Browse All TopicsA user has come back to say they get the following error messages when trying to reply to some emails, it only happened three times yesterday but its still alot.

Now i have been able to email these users from hotmail and from my work email which uses the same exchange server as this user. So i doubt if its a problem our end. Can someone help by trying to shed some light on some possible reasons why this might be happening?
