Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
A user has come back to say they get the following error messages when trying to reply to some emails, it only happened three times yesterday but its still alot.

Now i have been able to email these users from hotmail and from my work email which uses the same exchange server as this user. So i doubt if its a problem our end. Can someone help by trying to shed some light on some possible reasons why this might be happening?
