Browse All TopicsI have been having an issue that I have not been able to find a solutions for. When an email from TrackingUpdates@fedex.com comes in to our exchange 2003 SP2 box, it will go to the users mailbox. The user can then access their emails via Outlook, directly connected to exchange or they can use OWA. If they try to do a send/receive via POP3, no emails get downloaded until this email is deleted. I am wondering if anyone else has come across this at all. I have found a few goole searches regarding this, but their is no solution posted anywhere. I contacted FedEx, and they had never heard of anything like this.
Any help would be appreciated.

I can do this, but the problem I will have then, I will have to wait until another fedex email comes in to test it. I tried to see if Fedex could send a test email, but they said it couldn't. Also, I would have to wait until a user has this issue. I personally, do not get fedex shipments delivered directly to me in IT.

Hey,,
Configure a pop account on the exchange server and check the same..
By this we can come to know if its client specific or server...
Please let me know the results as this is very important for starting our troubleshooting...
