I want to send email to more than 4000 email address . Please help what to do?

what you want to send 4000 e-mails  address or you want to send to 4000 people.

Hello,
The best thing to do depends of the cash you have. If you have money for a mail server than it's easy. There are many email servers that supports sending 4000 messages and they are free and have a lot of documentation.
Or you can make an email campaign with some qualified vendors ex:http://www.sendblaster.com.

The best free mta(email servers)on my opinion are: Exim,postfix,qmail.
With exim you cand send even 100.000 mails daily. Documenation about how to set a exim server you can find here:http://www.flatmtn.com/article/setting-exim

For a great payed mta i suggest you Axigen here http://www.axigen.com/ ,it has a lot of features has a free server with 5 users and one domain.

it doesn't matter which MTA (Exim, Postfix, qmail) you use.
What you need is MLM (Mailinglistenmanager) like
- mailman (http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/)
- ezlml (http://cr.yp.to/ezmlm.html)
- majordomo (http://www.greatcircle.com/majordomo/)

If you have an email server try list manager like jimnix said.
If you don't have an email server install one and use some list managers with it.

beware if you bou a e-mails erver it is best you have a firewall, static ip etc iunless you buy a remote system which is more expensive in the long run.

Look for companies doing hosted exchange.......
