Unable to Send Email from Mac Mail account

Asked by crwilson12 in Exchange Email Server, Email Protocols, Apple Software

Tags: Exchange Server 2003, Mac, Mail, SMTP

When a user is outside of the office mail cannot be sent using the smtp server for the company. If they use their ISP's smtp server it will go through.

Environment:
Exchange 2003 Server
All users have Mac computers running mail application.
Sonicwall Firewall with port 25 and 587 open
Mail routes from Internet->Sonicwall->Barracuda->Exchange Server

There are two wireless environments on the campus. One is used in the offices and is secured then there is a broadband wireless solution provided to the rest of the campus. The two do not mix. From anywhere else on the campus users cannot send mail.
Any thoughts,

Thanks

Chris
