How to set Signature picture not to show as an attachment

We have Microsoft Outlook 2007 with SP2 in an Windows Vista Business PC.

We have noticed that the image used as logo u=in the signatures, are received as an attachment and are not displayed in the email under the signature info.

How can we display the image under the signature info and not as an attachment?
