Hotmail Outlook Connector can't define send/recv groups properly

I may have a problem, but I'm not sure.  With old Hotmail, I used to be able to specify for each folder whether I wanted to download the full items or just headers.  I did this in Tools, Send/Recv, Send/Recv Settings, Define Send/Recv Groups, Edit.

Now that I have Outlook Connector, I only see my inbox for the original built-in .pst file, and no options for any folders in my Hotmail account.  I'm just not sure if this is normal or not.  My Outlook Connector is v12.1, the latest.

If you're a Hotmail Outlook Connector user, can you check yours and tell me what you have?  I'll award points to the first 5 answers, or after 5 days (whichever comes first).
