Some e-mail not getting through. I have a client running Small Business Server 2003 using Exchange e-mail and they are having trouble with some of there customers not able to send them e-mail. The message that bounces back to the sender is
"There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator <mail.server.com #5.5.0 smtp;557 Your IP X.X.X.X does not ahve a reverse DNS entry. Disconnecting..>
I've seen a few solutions on this site for people having trouble sending to, but since there are a few different companies that can't send to this one I would think the problem is at this end. Any thoughts?
