Hosting a second SMTP Domain on Exchange 2003 for send and receive for a group of users

Exchange 2003 Server and have a requirement to receive and send emails for a second SMTP domain.  I need this only for some users and don't want to have the email generated for all users. I umagine we would have to register another domain and point MX to our server but can someone give me a blow by blow descriotion of what I reuire to make this work as I also need the reply to addres to be the same as the secodary email address we require for our Customer Centre to get email on.Start Free Trial
